Your card secures your appointment — no payment is taken at booking.

• Prices shown online: The booking menu displays regular service prices.
• Discounts at checkout: Eligible offers are applied automatically when you pay at the front desk after your visit. Your final service price may therefore be lower than the price shown online.
• Card details: A card is required to hold your appointment. Entering your card details does not mean you have prepaid for your treatment.
• Appointment fees: Late cancellation and no-show fees may still apply under the policy below.

Please call or text at least 2 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule.

• At least 2 hours before: Contact us to cancel or change your appointment without a late cancellation fee.
• Within 2 hours: Cancellations or changes incur a fee of 30% of the original service price. This fee can be used as credit toward your next visit.
• No-show without notice: A fee of 30% of the original service price applies. This fee cannot be used as credit toward a future visit.

To request a change, call or text (561) 783-7777. Giving us advance notice helps us respect our therapists’ time and offer the appointment to another guest.

• Arrive with time to settle in: Please allow a little time before your appointment to check in and complete any required consultation information.
• Tell us your preferences: Before treatment, let us know your preferred pressure, areas you would like us to focus on, and any allergies or concerns relevant to your service.
• If you are running late: Please call or text us as soon as possible. A late arrival may shorten your treatment or require rescheduling so we can stay on time for the next guest.
• Understanding session time: Where noted in the service menu, the booked session includes 5 minutes for consultation and dressing. That time is part of the session, rather than additional hands-on treatment time.
